  • Is this Approval for Providers or Clinics?

    This is a Provider Network only. This for a few reasons. First, Dr. Cliff believes that for the promotion of Best Practices to work, we have to put a face on them. This means highlighting individuals not businesses. Second, It would be nearly impossible for Dr. Cliff to ensure that every provider at a practice actually follows the Best Practice Guidelines. Essentially, if 1 provider in a clinic of 5 providers did not follow the guidelines, every provider would need to be removed from the Network.

  • Does Dr. Cliff specify HOW to perform the required Best Practices?

    No. Other than what is specified in the guidelines, how a provider administers care is up to their professional discretion. That being said, if you want help on how to provide Best Practices, please contact Dr. Cliff at [email protected]

  • Are there any Legal Concerns about having a network like this?

    Potential legal issues are always a concern. Dr. Cliff has received legal counsel regarding the structure of the Network and when comparing the business model to that of other businesses in the medical field, the Dr. Cliff AuD Approved Provider Network does not appear to be at risk on a Federal level regarding Anti-kickback. This is based on Advisory Opinions obtained from the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General

  • Do you know how many consumers are looking for an Approved Provider in my area?

    Not yet. Dr. Cliff does receive 10-20 calls/emails per week from consumers across the country looking for providers. With the Provider Locator Map the DrCliffAud website will have the ability to track zip codes of consumers who search for providers in their area

  • Can I use the Dr. Cliff AuD Approved Provider Logo?

    Yes, you can use the logo on your website and all of your marketing. However, you cannot use is specifically to market your clinic as a “Dr. Cliff AuD Approved Clinic” because this is a Provider designation. You can say “Our clinic has a Dr. Cliff AuD Approved Provider” etc. If you don’t have it yet, please email [email protected]

  • Why does it cost $165 per month or $1,795 annually per provider?

    There are several reasons for the cost of the Network. First, for Dr. Cliff to continue to create content, and create new content promoting the Network, he as to remove himself from his clinic for an extra day per week. Second, Dr. Cliff needs to hire support to help manage the Approved Provider Network. Third, the remaining money will be used to promote the Network and Best Practices to consumers through a variety of paid marketing campaigns. There is a 10% discount for additional providers in a single practice.

  • Is there a money back guarantee?

    Just like any other marketing expense, there is no guarantee that you will receive new patients from your participation in this Network.

  • How do I apply?

    Upon completing the Webinar or attendance of the Dr. Cliff Approved Provider Seminar at the AudBoss Conference in Naples Florida, you will be able to submit an application for entry into the Network. You will then have 90 days to meet all of the Network requirements specified on the application.
