  • Who owns the course when it's on the Audiology Academy site?

    When you put a course on our site is 100% your course and can be taken down whenever you want. You will own all rights to it 100%.

  • How much does it cost?

    For a paid course it's cheaper than you might think. If you have built or going to build your course and we can just upload it, then there is just a royalty fee paid only when the course sells. No upfront costs! So your risk is minimal!

  • Can I put a Free course on your site?

    Yes! If you have a paid course, you can add as many free courses as you would like. If you don't have any paid courses, there will be a monthly fee for your free courses.

  • Who builds the course?

    We do all of the course building inside our platform. You develop the course and you can do it with Videos, PDFs, Text, Audio, or PowerPoint. Once you have it built, we construct it on the site and off you go! There is no charge for us to construct your course on our site for you.

  • Who sets the prices?

    You do! It's your course 100%

  • Can I offer discounts to my course?

    Yes! We have a pretty robust discount tool built into the platform.

  • Can I change the price after it is set?

    Yes! We will always remind you, this is your course and you own it 100%. If you want to change your price for the course, all you have to do is let us know.

  • Can the course offer CEUs?

    Yes! 100% - There is an extra cost associated with it but that's AAA fees and we just pass it along to you. No mark-up.

  • What topics can I put on your site?

    Any topic as long as it is to help the growth and development of those in the audiology industry. Accounting, Payroll, Assistant training, front desk training, bookkeeping, cerumen management, diagnostics, best practices ... you get the idea.

  • I see my topic on the site already, can I still host my course with you?

    Yes, we make it very clear with our experts that there is no exclusivity with what courses we will offer. A great example is MedPB has a front desk training and so does Audiology Academy.

  • I don't have editing tools to create my course, what can I do?

    That is perfectly fine. We have the skill-sets to do that for you and our fees are competitive. We also have a list of tools if you want to try it yourself or we have a list or experts that you can use if you don't want to use us. It's all about getting it done how you want it.

  • Is there a minimum or maximum time to host my course?

    We ask for a 3-year commitment but understand if that is not possible. You can keep your course on our site for as long as you wish.

  • What kind of resources can I put in my course?

    It's nearly limitless on what you can put in your course or how you want it built. With lesson types like Videos, Text, PDF, Audio, Downloads, PowerPoint, Live and Quizzes! We also have the ability to embed content. So that opens things like, flashcards, hot spot images, memory games, fill in the blank, personality quiz, image and word drag and drop, image slider, image sequencing, and more!

  • Do you charge to coach me in making my course?

    No, because we want every person to have the opportunity to build a course of their own. We don't want to be a roadblock.

  • How do you sell/promote my course?

    We will do a few initial go-live posts and list a few social media posts but the marketing side of your course falls on you. We are just the hosting platform. Your course will get a lot of views as others visit the site for courses but don't rely on that to get your course seen or known about.
